Please note this is a fixed term contract for 1 year, starting in July 2024.

We are looking for a passionate, versatile and curious Project Management Associate (PMA) to deliver projects within the Pickup Points and Returns (PARP) portfolio worldwide. The PARP team wants to continuously give our customers the best experience possible and you will directly support this mission! The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator, have a high sense of ownership, and be able to work with cross-functional teams across various countries and time zones.

Key job responsibilities
The PMA will be a critical addition to the PARP Expansions team delivering key strategic projects. This individual will demonstrate ownership and engage with business and technical stakeholders to expand our product to new geographies and optimize current carrier mix in existing countries. This role relies on an individual that works well within an ambiguous scope. They are detail oriented, self-driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate has experience in:

  • Project implementation, including stakeholder management in a complex and international environment

  • Project management tools

  • Anticipating for and mitigate risks in the projects that you own

  • Communicating results and status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management

    A Bachelors or Masters degree

  • - Relevant experience (internships, apprenticeships) in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
    - Experience meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workload even when faced with conflicting priorities
    - Experience in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, macros)
    - Upper intermediate proficiency in any other European language, Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
    - Experience working across different geographies
    - Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership across businesses and technical backgrounds
