Full Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working with the wider team to execute the sales strategy and meet core objectives. An internal role, you'll be our first line contact for B2B customers with all sales enquiries, helping them to correctly specify products for their requirements.,

  • Executing the sales strategy

  • Delivering excellence in account management & customer service to all stakeholders

  • Managing the sales journey for our key accounts: creating quotations, order planning, processing, scheduling and logistics planning

  • Managing throughput of sales information on our ERP and CRM systems

  • Maintain current awareness of internal product and technical developments

  • Maintain current awareness of vehicles/specifications in the market.

  • Maintaining/updating current sales/product information for our website

  • Liasing with our Aftersales and Engineering desks when additional technical support/knowledge is required

  • Liasing with the UK Sales Manager, and UK Marketing function for business development initiatives.

  • Liasing, reporting and updating with both B2B customers and internal colleagues both in the UK and NL offices to ensure information is distributed as required.

    Our success is built on strong long-term relationships with our customers, so it is essential that you can support and inspire them to execute the sales strategy and maintain friendly and enthusiastic relations (the role incorporates account management of highly valued existing customers, no cold calling/sales)

  • A flexible approach to daily tasks and challenges; this is a fast-moving growth environment and work can be varied.

  • Highly detail orientated and comfortable working with detailed technical specifications (specific product training given).

  • Excellent organisational skills, reporting, and computer literacy (MS Office suite plus experience of CRM/ERP systems beneficial)

  • An interest in technology/engineering and ability to keep up to date with industry developments

  • Can-do attitude and a self-starter

  • Happy to work under own initiative and complete day to day tasks

  • Be passionate, self-motivated and able to multitask.

  • Be proactive with an interest in sales and a keen eye for sales opportunities
