Worldpanel by Kantar is the global expert in shopper behaviour, offering continuous monitoring, advanced analytics, and tailored solutions to inspire successful decisions by leading organisations worldwide. Worldpanel turns purchase behaviour into competitive advantage across a diverse range of markets including consumer goods, retail, tech, fashion, and telecoms. The successful candidate will work autonomously on tailored projects for the world's leading FMCG brands and retailers, helping to solve complex, tangible business problems with analytics-based solutions.
Key outcomes

  • Deliver complex analytics projects, advising clients and solving their most critical business questions using the wealth of data at Kantar's disposal.

  • Manipulating large datasets, perform statistical analysis, run machine learning models, and visualise results using the R ecosystem.

  • Extract concrete insights from large data sets against a broad range of business questions.

  • Support with Worldpanel's innovation through developing new analytical techniques or approaches, as well as integrating data from a multitude of large consumer panels for our new MyWorldPanel tool.

University degree in a mathematical/scientific field, preferably with a statistics element.

  • A Masters-level degree in a closely related subject area (statistics, data science, etc.) will be a plus.

  • Hands-on R and version control experience.

  • Curiosity in analysing human and consumer behaviour, or in brands and how they can grow.
