This role will be a part-time or full time, home based role.

Being a Government Affairs Manager here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare means more than just managing our external operating environment, you will positively impact the lives of our patients across the UK. As the Government Affairs Manager here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you will lead on stakeholder management, policy tracking, formulating our input to the policy making process, and collaborating on, and leading, proactive campaigns to support our corporate strategic objectives. You will work with senior leaders to develop, manage, and deliver a public affairs strategy to support strategic business objectives through trade associations and membership organisations including Government bodies, regulators, thoughts leaders and ministers.

Your duties will involve but are not limited to; adopting a strategic campaigning approach to raising the profile and understanding of our business, identifying tactical opportunity to improve brand positions, keeping the business up to date with political and policy changes and acting as a key liaison with our membership organisations.

As a public-affairs professional, you will have demonstrable experience of delivering public and government relations programmes ideally within a regulated environment. You will have a successful track record of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government members. Ideally, you will understand media relations including delivering integrated communications programmes and that change of enhance the way our organisation is perceived by political and corporate audiences.
