Full Job Description

We are excited to offer the post of Governance / Health & Safety Lead to work as part of the Senior Managemnt Team at Royal Primary Care. This is a full time permanent position and you will be based at The Grange Practice in Grangewood, Chesterfield., The post holder will engage with key stakeholders to motivate individuals and teams to deliver and sustain the highest standards in Governance and Health and Safety.

To lead on management of RPC's risk register, ensuring a systematic approach to the identification and recording of strategic and operational risks, including the assessment and quantification of risk, and the formulation of clear decisions (with timely actions) to either optimise or accept risk.

Oversee RPC processes in relation to the development, review and ratification of Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Represent RPC at relevant fora and work with external agencies, and regulatory bodies on the development of integrated quality governance activities as and when required.

Ensure the effective functioning of Quality Governance through timely and appropriate support, including the chairing of the Governance meeting thus enabling the organisation to receive assurance on the delivery of quality.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with knowledge of the Governance framework along with experience in Health & Safety protocols and policies.
