Full Job Description

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve 5-star service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Build strong relationships with members through exceptional communication and a warming approach.

  • Liaise with the golf operations team & starter with necessary communications to ensure a smooth running of the daily golf operation.

  • Maximize retail sales through merchandising, product knowledge, and up-selling.

  • Administer the daily club tee sheet and competitions Golf Genius.

  • Manage custom fitting availability and schedule custom fittings through our online booking platform to maximize utilization.

  • Assist in the daily golf operation, including starter, marshaling, driving range & buggy/trolley rental fleet.

  • Answering telephone and welcomes guests, taking golf tee times, custom fitting, and lesson bookings.

  • Ability to Merchandise and help customers with product information, allowing them to make an informed purchase.

  • Ability to use the computer and Microsoft Office skills to handle various role requirements such as stock counts.

  • Ability to navigate our Trackman Simulator and Range software for all members and visitors to maximize its potential.

  • Golf Reservations Management - Responsible for checking in / out, taking payments, and bookings across the Golf Department.

  • Responsible for evaluating their own performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and Club policies.

  • We would welcome applicants who are either considering the PGA Training program in future years or are already in the early years of their training program

  • Must have excellent IT skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Internet Explorer, and Email platforms such as Outlook

  • Education/Experience: GCSE/A Level study or equivalent.


  • YOU MUST BE A KEEN GOLFER WITH GOLF INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE.,
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Retail: 1 year (preferred)
