Full Job Description

  • Client management | Clarify and manage expectations, motivated to truly understand their goals (the individual and the organization) and ensure we deliver on those.

  • Project Management | Take the responsibility to build and lead the execution of a plan for often complex studies with many (and senior) partners both internally and externally, track and communicate our progress, take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues to successfully delivering the study.

  • Content creation | Visually strong, clear and concise messaging, content that will be credible with the most senior and fast paced of clients. An interest in the visualization of our content and how we tell stories that stick.

  • Communication and story-telling | Articulate the benefits and often complex methodologies of our studies to clients, in language that the most senior and non-panel literate clients understand and buy in to.

  • Insight | Accountable for converting important client questions into concise, clear insights with a strong analytical basis. Take ownership directly and act as an internal 'critic' - challenge your colleagues to articulate the role/value of the study, so that it's fluent in the face of client questions and challenges.

  • Organization and implementation: Be a support to the people delivering the study (analytics team, CS etc) to ensure the brief is met, that the work is client and action-oriented and that our chances of winning repeat business are high.

  • Commercial excellence: Be a catalyst by adopting and leveraging the new infrastructure in the global team in 2024 to improve our commercial practices and improve how clients view our speed of response., Your effectiveness will be measured through the revenue development on a global basis, plus quantification of client satisfaction from relevant customer surveys. Progress on these will be reported by the job holder to their line manager and into the KWP Global Executive Board

  • Development of global client revenue.

  • Development of client revenue globally originated (directly influenced sales).

  • Measure of client satisfaction from relevant customer surveys.

  • Number of non continuous projects initiated by Global teams.

  • Satisfaction from global client teams.

  • Satisfaction from internal team members.

    The ideal candidate should have or quickly be able to acquire a breadth of experience including;

  • An appetite for the Client Agenda

  • Knowledge and experience of servicing our leading FMCG accounts

  • A detailed knowledge of consumer panel insights and methodology

  • Strong at translating client questions into relevant data / analyses and sound analytical conclusions.

  • A history of creating strong content with clear messaging and strong visualization skills.
