Full Job Description

Global Head of Marketing & Product Hertfordshire days office/3 days home £excellent car/car allowance and package Pitch is delighted to be supporting this B2B manufacturer of specified products within the construction and transport sector. This role requires a highly strategic, global marketing professional with key experience across product and category management, brand development and marketing communications within a B2B business. The purpose of the role is to develop strategic marketing plans that both drive and complement the global commercial five-year plans and longer-term strategies. Drives global market insights to inform choices of sector and customer focus and sets the agenda for new product development and enhancements to the existing portfolio. Defines the global brand and ensures that both the brand messages and the marketing communication strategy guide and support the companys global business priorities. Key responsibilities include: Optimise market intelligence to

develop global growth strategies. Develop global product management strategy to ensure that customers current and future needs are met and deliver roadmap to maximise existing portfolio and introduction of new products. Define and lead on delivery of brand strategy. Define objectives for customer research programmes, including Voice of the Customer Programme. Manage and maximise annual marketing budget. Collaborate with global colleagues to develop local marketing plans. Provide effective team management and leadership, with attention to ongoing development, coaching and motivation of a large team. Skills and experience required: Proven team management and leadership experience (team of with direct reports). High level of customer focus, exceptional communicator and adept at influencing and bringing a team together to deliver strategic results. B2B Marketing experience preferred, ideally in the manufacturing sector for specified products. Degree level. Good knowledge of brand strategy,
content strategy, corporate social responsibility, customer relations and social media. Proven ability to take a project from concept through to delivery. Highly commercial and data-driven to deliver results. UK and International marketing experience is essential. Fluency in a European language is desirable (German preferred). The salary and package are commensurate with a role of this level.
