Full Job Description

As the Global Brands Finance and Data Analytics Manager, you are not just a number-cruncher; you are a strategic thinker and catalyst for commercial excellence. Your work will involve pioneering insightful commercial reporting and delivering data-driven recommendations that shape the future of our diverse fragrance portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your analytical expertise will be pivotal in driving both financial and operational improvements across multiple brands and markets., Partner with cross-functional teams to decode revenue and profitability drivers, thereby influencing business and brand strategy.

Master the intricacies of Profit & Loss statements to offer nuanced insights into income drivers and potential growth areas.

Champion data-driven decision-making and brand strategy by creating robust forecasting models that anticipate market trends.

Leverage external data sources to evaluate market performance, identifying opportunities and challenges.

Steer investment decisions by providing invaluable financial modelling and analysis, challenging assumptions where necessary.

Conduct meticulous SKU-level profit analysis to inform brand and market strategies.

Evaluate ROI on media and in-store investments, supporting the Managing Director in establishing uniform KPIs across brands.

Lead in the evaluation process of RFQs for manufacturing, media, and agency partnerships

Contribute proactively to multi-disciplinary task forces aimed at boosting efficiency and business acumen.

License Reporting. Monitor and provide analytics support for License contract compliance, specifically focusing on royalty arrangements.

Bachelor's degree

Professional accreditation such as part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE is preferred

A minimum of 4+ years in commercial analytics, financial reporting, or a similar role within the finance or data analytics department

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus
