Full Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of asset care strategies across Imperial Brands factories. This position focuses on optimizing asset performance, reliability, and longevity through innovative maintenance practices and technologies. You will lead the deployment of global strategies for autonomous and preventive maintenance, ensuring the delivery of improvement programs across the operations network. Additionally, you will support the implementation of asset care optimization projects to enhance machine availability and cost efficiency.

As the Global Asset Care Deployment Manager, you'll join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Contribute to the formulation of asset care deployment strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of asset care strategies across all locations worldwide.

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of asset care initiatives and track performance against targets.

  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies for asset care into existing systems and processes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and process optimization within the asset care team.

  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks related to asset reliability and performance through maintenance planning and risk assessment.

    Experience in developing and executing global maintenance strategies within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage and implement continuous improvement programs.

  • Strong knowledge of preventive, autonomous, and predictive maintenance practices.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional and remote teams in diverse cultural settings.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

  • Ability to identify and drive technological integration and process automation opportunities.
