We will support you with all the training you need to be successful such as upskilling you to operate our plant. What You Will Be Doing:
This role has a variety of responsibilities to keep you busy throughout the day.

To assist the site management and shift supervisors in the safe and efficient operation of site machinery and plant.
To enhance and maintain a positive impression and reputation for EMR Group.
To help promote and play an active part in the Company's health and safety and improvement culture.
To carry out all tasks and duties safely and efficiently.
Undertake all tasks in accordance with EMR policies.
Maintain all areas to ensure they are clean, tidy and free from hazards.
Act safely and responsibly at all times, carrying out your duties to the best of your ability.
Work as part of a team.
Wear the prescribed company PPE and issued uniform for the location where you are working at all times.
Maintain a positive impression for the Company.
Carry out all general work and housekeeping duties as defined by management/supervision. Report all defects/hazards immediately.
Work other days, hours, and/or shift patterns, dependent on the needs of the business. Attend any training deemed necessary for the role.
Treat everyone courteously and respectfully.
Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others, including any visitors and contractors.
Ensure all incident /accidents are reported immediately to your supervisor/site management.
Protect the Plant from damage by foreign objects/items not intended for processing.
Report any hazards, potential hazards using the near miss reporting procedure.
Take a proactive stance on Site health and safety Inspect mobile plant machinery for defects, reporting any defects immediately.
Follow all procedures and comply with safe working practices.
Monitor and ensure safe manoeuvring onto and around site.
Adhere to instruction given regarding the site operations.
Take part in any training activities, including instructing/coaching of other operatives where required.
Engage with and contribute to improvement schemes and procedures.
Record personal attendance using the current method.
Carry out the duties of the post in such a manner as to safeguard and enhance the profile of the company.
Ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards.
Perform any and all duties associated with the day to day running of the site operation as requested by the site management/shift supervisor or their deputy.
