Full Job Description

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager in Waiting to join the team in the North London area, covering areas such as Stevenage, Luton and Milton Keynes. You will be influential in helping to build high achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area.
We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus bonus while training OTE £52K!

Main responsibilities:

  • Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.

  • Work with both General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction

    Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with £multi-million targets
