Full Job Description

· To be responsible for the overall sales targets for the company

· To contribute to the sales targets with self-generated new business by exceeding personal targets

· To chair weekly and monthly sales meetings with the team and report back the MD

· To lead and grow a small team responsible for processing and closing internal and external sales leads and to assist with closing where necessary

· To be responsible for the quality control of the ongoing sales

· To develop effective account management of existing client base and achieve growth through retention, upselling, referrals.

· To complete on site installations for VoIP telephone systems

· To conduct end user training, both onsite and zoom (as appropriate)

    Sales experience within the Telecoms industry is a must, specifically relating to VoIP telephone systems with mobile phone services, and management being a particular advantage. Having strong attention to detail and will play an important part in helping us to maintain our status as a 5
  • rated company for customer satisfaction., We recruit on attitude as well as skill however the following attributes will be an advantage:

  • Have sales experience within the telecoms industry.

  • Have experience in recruiting and training of sales staff.

  • Have a proven track record in sales and customer service.

  • Have the ability to self-generate sales leads through varying marketing activities.

  • Have experience of generating new business leads though face to face networking

  • Have the ability to think on your own feet and improvise.

  • Have excellent communication skills, through written, over the telephone and in person.

  • Have the ability to follow strict processes and create new processes for new tasks.

  • Work well within a team, as well as independently

  • Be very organised and have excellent attention to detail

  • Be happy to contribute and offer ideas, make suggestions to benefit business growth

  • Flexible working to be agreed with a mix of home and office work, Technical Sales: 3 years (preferred)
