Protected break time daily for entire practice team to join - great for clinical and not so clinical chat!

Teaching & Training Practice
On Call supported by dedicated Emergency Nurse ANP & capped for staff and patient safety
Extremely low home visit rate (<1/week across practice)
Associated Pharmacists / Paramedic / Physios / Mental Health Practitioner / Mental Health Coaches / Social Prescribers

- To deliver appropriate management, treatment and advice to our patients

- To provide general practice consultations to patients and, where appropriate, physical examinations for the purposes of identifying or reducing the risk of disease or injury.
- To arrange referrals for patients where appropriate.
- To provide reports and information to external agencies for the benefit of patients, e.g. social services
- To ensure that clear, accurate contemporaneous records are made of all patient encounters.
- There is the opportunity to become involved with teaching at the practice if desired, or perhaps you would like the opportunity to progress a specialism with support and mentoring
- 4 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, ANP, 3 nurses, 1 HCA and 2 Phlebotomists
- PCN Prescribing Hub reducing scripts risk/admin burden, Social Prescribers
- PCN Physios/Paramedics/MH & Wellbeing Coaches and Practitioners
- Outsourced workflow/coding low admin docs for review/action
- Blocked admin time when buddy on leave
- Max of 14 AM and 12 PM appointments INC dedicated slots for you to book follow ups no invisible extras!
- GP Training / Teaching Practice& Mentorship for new GPs salary increments with progress
- 6 weeks leave +1-week study leave & additional indemnity fees covered
