Full Job Description

R&S Recovery Services Limited are recruiting for a general office administrator and credit controller. The role will include the following:

· Answering the office administration phone

· Chasing outstanding customer debts by phone and email

· Petty cash management

· General office administration to include, but not limited to:

· Filing

· Submission of electricity/water/photocopier meter readings

· Stock management, ordering and allocation of company uniforms and office stationery supplies

· Assistance with ad hoc projects (e.g. company promotional merchandise)

· Assistance with elements of other roles where staff are on holiday

This is a diverse role and as such the successful applicant will require the following skills

· Able to communicate effectively to individuals at all levels of the organisation

· A self-starter, able to manage your own time

· Flexible - able to respond to the requirements of the office as they arise

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. However, it would be advantageous to have previous experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and you will need to be adept at using computers. It will also be advantageous if you have some previous experience of working in an office environment. You will have a minimum of a grade C (or 4) at GCSE in Maths and English. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in our business, be keen to learn about what we do and how we work and have the enthusiasm to help us to continue to grow the business.

The role is full time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm with an hour for lunch. It is office based at our offices at Wycombe Air Park, Marlow SL7 3DJ. The salary is negotiable depending on age and experience but will be between £18,000 per annum for a young starter with little previous experience up to £28,000 per annum for someone who has more experience to offer the business.
