General Manager

The Apartment Group is on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager to join the team at Le Petit Chateau., ·To proactively drive the business forward, seeking out new opportunities and innovative strategies.

·To recruit, train, develop and inspire the customer-focused management team and lead by example at all times.

·To monitor and maximise the profitability of all departments.

·To ensure all venue standards and procedures are met.

·To excel in all areas of legal compliance and due diligence.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit at their core, be detail and service-orientated and be able to thrive in an energetic and dynamic environment., As General Manager you will be the face of the business, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver an extraordinarily guest-focused culture.

Candidates must have senior-level management experience with excellent food and drink knowledge and at least five years in senior leadership in high-turnover operations. Meticulous attention to detail is essential, as is a self-motivated and open-minded attitude. You will need to have a thirst for creativity and innovation in hospitality and be willing and able to think outside the box. You must thrive under pressure and be able to create and maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere for colleagues and guests even whilst striving to be the best.

Le Petit Chateau sits in the picturesque village of Otterburn approximately 45 minutes outside Newcastle.
