General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our pub/restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, food safety, culinary arts, and leadership.

• Duties:


- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, overseeing the kitchen and bar areas, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

- Train, and motivate employees to deliver top-notch service.

- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with the management team to create innovative menus and promotions.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.

- Strong knowledge of food production processes, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Proficiency in bartending techniques is a plus.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
