From pool tables to dart boards and great Audio Visuals, the Nags head really encompasses that sports feel, driving a big game experience as well as local led team activities.
The Nag's Head isn't just about sport, although predominantly wet led there is a huge opportunity to drive food sales further, through both the main menu and the Dark Kitchen offer with a greater focus on quality, consistency, and execution of offer!
Jenny Kuhn (Area Manager) is looking to work with a General Manager who really understands how to make a Propper Pub tick! You will have proven experience in creating reasons to visit and will relish the opportunity to compile a robust weekly calendar of events to drive footfall and additional sales - Utilising central offers and implementing your own sales ideas, creating a sense of fun and excitement wherever possible.
Trading until 2.30am at weekends, you will understand the intricacies of operating a late trading business, you will be skilled in managing the transition from daytime trading to late night offer whilst ensuring the business is always safe and legal.
In a nutshell, Jenny wants to speak to experienced General Managers who have the strength of character to run a hight street business, someone who will lead their team to great things. Ensuring there is always a reason to visit, and standards are maintained to the highest.
