General builder sought to join Magnum Building Ltd, a small domestic building business based in Stockport, Cheshire. Pay dependent on experience and skill level and increasing with development, starting from 100/day. Skilled labourer rate from 80/day.

have a full driving license and transportation.
- Have general building experience including:
o Brick laying
o simple structural steel work installation,
o groundworks, foundation and drainage work
o flagging
o ability to use power tools safely
o awareness of health and safety
- Be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Be physically fit and able to work in all weathers
- Able to work within a team
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, with good timekeeping
- Own tools required for higher rates of pay.

Magnum Building Ltd. is a construction company specialising in residential projects, including extensions, basement, loft and garage conversions, roofing and driveways. We are looking to take on new employees to handle some large jobs and to replace a colleague who is leaving. You will need to be hardworking, punctual and able to get to sites within the Cheshire / Greater Manchester area.
