General Assistant

We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties:
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Help with stock management and inventory control
- Provide excellent customer service, including upselling menu items
- Aid in ensuring food safety standards are met at all times

Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Interest in culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills
