Funfair Team Member Plus

Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our fairground team. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

Looking for progression? We have bags of opportunities to develop within our leisure teams and across the wider Butlin's business., As a Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work within our Funfair for the rest of the week.

We have both an indoor and outdoor fairground, you will need to be over 18 to work in this role due to our health and safety regulations. Typical working hours cover a minimum of 30 hours and you will need to be available on Mondays and Fridays.

We're looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.

Previous experience is not necessary as we will give you all the training you need. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making a difference to our guests.
