Full Job Description

The fundraiser will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. This involves identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships, and diversifying revenue streams.Plan, organise, and execute fundraising events such as auctions, charity webinars , and campaigns. Coordinate logistics, recruit volunteers, and promote events to maximise attendance and revenue generation.

Liaise with the Trustees over grant opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and manage grant reporting requirements.

Collaborate with the finance team to develop fundraising budgets, track revenue and expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Exercise sound financial stewardship in all fundraising activities.

Collaborate closely with colleagues , including staff, communications, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of fundraising efforts. Maintain open communication and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.Stay informed about trends and best practices in fundraising, philanthropy, and nonprofit management. Participate in professional development opportunities, conferences, and networking events to enhance skills and knowledge.
