Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their team as an IT Technician.

This varied and challenging role is ideal for a first or second-line IT Technician who wants to broaden their knowledge base. We have recently moved to Office 365 and we would like to bring your experience of Office 365 and Teams to optimise our use of these and other systems., This role is for 40 hours per week within (Mon to Fri 8:00 - 17:30), flexible working, based in Bramley, Leeds.

  • Experience of first-line/second-line support

  • TCP/IP Networking

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • PC Upgrade/Repair, Windows10/Windows 11

  • Office 365 [Teams/Outlook] Client/PC

  • Office 365 [Teams/Outlook] Admin

  • Proactive and helpful

  • Approachable and friendly


    • Desirable [training will be provided]
  • Dynamics NAV 2018

  • SQL

  • Python

  • Microsoft Certification, PC Upgrade/Repair, Windows10/Windows 11: 1 year (required)
