Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Full Stack web developer to join our friendly IT Team. You will be tasked with providing a professional, efficient and effective service to the company.

This is an office-based role, located at our head office in Southam, Warwickshire.

Hours: 37.5 Per week working 9am - 17.00pm (Monday - Friday)., · You will be responsible for the design, layout and coding of The Tool Connection websites including Building and maintaining the five brands.

· Ensure all data is up to date and abreast of the latest technology.

· Develop an on-going program to ensure as much on line data can be utilized as quickly as possible.

· Have a constant stream of information flowing to members of staff when issues are raised and actions are not happening.

· Bring data forward to the website from the Back-end operating system - SAP

· Be able to address all actions and resolve problems as soon as they are reported.

· Deal with all departments and staff to ensure data capture and spread is sent to the correct recipient.

· Be able to problem solve effectively using the latest technology to ensure the revisions do not interact with other services.

. Show Strong communication skills and be able to communicate ideas and information to other departments clearly and concisely.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent experience in Web development and coding. The candidate will also need experience in the following:

· Bootstrap

You must have strong understanding and respect for confidentiality with a high sense of personal integrity. You must also possess the ability to be influential and assertive, being able to get views across with conviction and not giving way to pressure from others. Enthusiastic and energetic, committed to continuous improvement, sharing new ideas to drive the brands forward.

The Tool Connection is a market leader in the automotive aftermarket sector and sells five major brands - Laser (specialist hand tools), Gunson (classic specialist tools), Kamasa (general tool market), Power Tec (body repair) & Connect (consumables). The company is a business-to-business seller importing and exporting goods both nationally and internationally.

Salary will be dependent on experience, expertise and skills. Starting at £25,000.00.
