Front of House Assistant

We are looking for someone to join and compliment our team in providing excellent front of house experience for our patients within the dental healthcare sector. You will be responsible for

co-ordinating the appointments,

managing the recalls,

following up appointments,

proactively managing the efficiency of the clinicians diaries,

taking payments/ administrative procedures,

generating patient reviews and testimonials

Hours, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.30 - 5.30pm Tuesday 8.30 - 6.15pm, Friday 8am - 4.00pm Saturdays may be required occasionally

The Gallery Dental and Implant Centre, established in 2010, specialises in dental implants and smile makeovers as well as receiving referrals from other dental practices. Dr Balaji is known for his lecturers in bone augmentation/dental implants. Meadow Walk Dental Practice (Est 1988) a family orientated practice offers general and cosmetic dentistry, both practices are recognised and well established in the historic market town of Buckingham under the umbrella of the Gallery Dental Group.

You will be a proactive, motivated individual who is well organised with excellent communicating skills to put the patients at ease as well as being well presented and providing a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

• English (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
