Food Service Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer facing Food Service Assistant to join our team. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area., Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and serve food items.

- Ensure food is presented in an appealing manner

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors

- Package food boxes and takeaway meals

- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

- Follow all food safety protocols and adhere to health code regulations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service area

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proceduress
