Full Job Description

  • As a Food Operative/Grader you will be responsible for assessing the quality of fruits and vegetables, ensuring that only the highest-quality produce reaches their customers.

  • Daily you will be working alongside other warehouse operatives and you must be checking the products, having strong observational skills

  • As part of a busy warehouse environment, you must be picking products and ensuring you hit your targets each day

  • Many progression opportunities in the warehouse, once you have started as a warehouse operative

  • As a warehouse operative, you must ensure work areas and equipment are clean and sanitised to meet hygiene standards.

    Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry or agriculture is preferred.

  • Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to accurately assess the quality of produce.

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
