Full Job Description

No 2 days will be the same, as a part of our floating support team you will enjoy assisting the people we support in variety of different ways. Your role will involve reporting directly to the Resource Manager and providing support to adults with complex care needs in the Southampton & Portsmouth area.

You will provide highly skilled and flexible support to people with learning disabilities to ensure they enjoy fulfilled lives, all training is provided and paid for.

We have various shift patterns which include working some weekends and sleep ins (as required) and some bank holidays. This will be discussed with you during the interview process and you will be given scope of the different services and locations you would be required to work in.

Due to the geographical coverage, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

    This is a Permanent Floating Support Worker role offering an increased rate of £13.04 per hour with a fulltime contract., Up to 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
