Full Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Flight Operations and the Deputy with any reasonable tasks to facilitate departmental operations;


  • Manage the Operations Manual, including editing and version control for OM Parts A, B, and C, as well as the AFM, MEL, PPG, and SOPs;


  • Oversee and support updates to Flight Operations documentation;


  • Aid in the closure of internal and external audit findings;


  • Provide support for the coordination and development of Centrik;


  • Provide support in creating and delivering the pilot roster;


  • Responsible for the overall EFB operations, including EFB hardware, software, content, and IT stability;


  • Review processes and procedures to ensure the EFBs comply with applicable regulations;


  • Manage hardware and software configurations to ensure no unauthorised software is installed;


  • Ensure data content is checked prior to load and/or release for operational use;


  • Oversee regular EFB audits and random quality checks

    Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly with responsibilities for the control, production, or publication of manuals;


  • Valuable experience within a Flight Operations department (or a closely associated area) of an air operator-roles include administrator, crew member, ground instructor, compliance team member, document control officer, or manager is advantageous;


  • Required Skills

  • Must possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom and/or Europe;


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in business English;


  • Must be detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, possess strong organisational skills, and capable of working productively and independently;


  • Strong computer skills;


  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google software applications, and the aptitude to effectively use company-specific software and systems; Good knowledge of Apple iPad & iOS;


  • Ability and, ideally, experience working with flight operations software systems such as Centrik;


  • Some knowledge of EASA and UK CAA regulations or the willingness to learn;


  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge necessary to meet the requirements of the post, Do you have experience working in a regulated environment?

This role supports Flight Operations across the group and involves close collaboration with the Head of Flight Operations to provide both generalist and specialist support within the Flight Operations department.
