Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for Flexible Early Years Educator to join our team's in Southend and Shoeburyness.
The Early Years Alliance has 3 nurseries located within Southend-Shoeburyness, these are Centre Place, Cockleshell and Shoebury, all rated Good by Ofsted and average 9.9 on day nurseries.

The role will be supporting all 3 settings and will require a commitment to travel between them as required.
We are looking for a Flexible Early Years Educator who will offer our children high quality inclusive early years education and care. As a Flexible Early Years Educator you would support us on a flexible basis to suit the needs of the nurseries.

Successful applicants will need:

  • proven post-qualification experience of working with children

  • a minimum Level 2 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
