What We Are Looking for in a Fitness and Wellbeing Coach:

As a Fitness and Wellbeing Coach at Honiton Leisure Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting health and fitness within our
centre. Working alongside our dedicated team, your primary focus will be on maximising the utilisation of our Health & Fitness
Studio, achieving key performance indicators, and developing tailored training programs through fitness MOTs. We're seeking, Your success as a Fitness and Wellbeing Coach hinges on your ability to engage, communicate, and support others in achieving their
wellbeing goals within our dynamic Leisure Centre setting. By leveraging your fitness expertise, you'll inspire and motivate our
members on their fitness journey. Your proactive, customer-oriented approach will ensure a positive member experience, while your
ability to maintain safety compliance and equipment functionality will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility. If
