Fitness Coach

The Fitness Coach role supports our mission by delivering and implementing a well-rounded wellbeing programme to our client and to ensure the Active Space is fully promoted and utilized by client's employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

-To deliver 5

• service to members and users of the Active Spaces.


-Conduct inductions, programmes and develop effective fitness solutions.

-Ability to teach a range of classes (Spin, HIIT, Circuits etc)

-Conduct tailored and structured PT and workshop sessions.

-Understand and advise members on the correct usage of gym equipment.

-Adhere to all health and safety regulations and normal operation procedures.


• Relevant degree or Level 3 industry qualification in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training., A proven track record of successfully coaching clients and delivering high-quality health and wellbeing solutions that supports uptake and retention of members.


• Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improving technique, ability and encouraging further attendance by members.


• Minimum of two years of personal training coaching experience., We are looking for people to join our team who have the right level of experience and skills working in a health and wellbeing environment and can also demonstrate behaviours in line with our Values, The Westfield Way.


• A passion and ethos for helping others with their health, wellbeing and fitness goals.


• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues across the business to support the delivery of the wellbeing strategy.


• A flexible approach to enable effective site coverage. No weekend work is required.
  
  Offer of employment is subject to applicants successful vetting clearance to allow access to client's site and company pre-employment checks.


• Hours of work are based on shift hours and applicants must be available a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
