fish & chipshop manager / manageress

We are seeking a skilled Manageress/manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy fish & chip restaurant/shop. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality, running of fish & chip shops/fish & chip restaurant, frying, food safety, , with a strong focus on leadership and kitchen management.

Duties:

- frying

-serving

-running the restaurant/shop
- Supervise and coordinate all activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage kitchen staff
- Oversee food production and presentation
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Proven experience in a managerial role within the fish & chip restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of working in fish 7 chip shops and food preparation
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
