Full Job Description

We believe relationships with clients should be built to last, and in this non-advisory role your timely and accurate communication, both written and verbal, is key to delivering an excellent service to a high standard for every client.

You will assist in the ongoing management of client data, ensuring client files and records are accurate and consistent on the back-office systems. Your day will also be spent pulling together relevant documents to support the provision of advice and client meetings.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our busy Financial Planning Team in either our Yeovil or Wells office as a Client Service Associate.

Experience in the financial planning industry or the wider financial services industry is advantageous, if you have strong administration skills and you are looking to move into a friendly, fast paced, and dynamic team then this could be the perfect role for you., As a pivotal member of the Financial Planning team, they will rely on you and your outstanding organisational skills to always be one step ahead. With the ability to work to moving deadlines and with an intuitive way of working- you will grow to know when, where and how to best support the team.

Your eye for detail means you can spot errors and mistakes that others would often overlook. You can effectively manage time and workflow priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy and efficiency in delivering exceptional client administration support.
