Full Job Description

CFS Care are an innovative provider of care across the North West, aiming and succeeding in making a positive difference to the lives of people accessing our services, which include; Supported Accommodation, Residential Children's Home and Fostering. With an exciting growth plan in the pipeline for the next five years, the need for a highly organised finance administrator to join our finance team has arisen. The role will be part time for the first 12 months, with the option to increase these hours to full time as further homes open. You will be joining a motivated and passionate team who encourage career progression and support colleagues to achieve their best!, Liaising with customers and supplier, in resolving queries, chasing invoice authorisation and purchase orders.

- Formulating reports for weekly rota checks from our RotaCloud software and liaising with management to resolve any discrepancies.

- Keeping up to date with costings, figures, and receipts in ensuring that all is accounted for.

- Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure contractor costs are in line with quotes, invoices are on system and authorised ready for payment within terms.

- Assist in managing contracts between suppliers, clients and other contractors associated with the business.

- Ensure that the Fostering CHARMS system is up to date with new placements, requested allowances and correct end of placement dates for the month end payment run.

- Send customer statements from Xero

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

- Organised and able to meet monthly and weekly deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

- Experience with Xero would be preferable, but training will be given

- Team player, able to be flexible within job role,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
