Finance Manager

The key roles and responsibilities of the Finance Manager are: (

• please see the attached job description and person specification document for full details) Working alongside the Board and Chief Executive to set financial strategy Providing financial information and insight to support Derbyshire Minds development Maintaining all operational management systems and records relating to finance Managing and supporting a Senior Administrator Acting as Company Secretary Leading the IT and information governance/data protection functions Leading the implementation of payroll on a monthly basis Leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts and monthly budget management reports, as well as the annual audit process Attending Board meetings as required and being an active member of the Finance Sub-Committee Creating service models, costings and budgets
