Finance Executive

The Finance Executive will be responsible for inputting purchase invoices, matching supplier statements and producing Cash flow management & cost controls based on matching invoices against purchase orders produced by the operations teams. The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and effective financial processes, systems and controls.,

• Full control of the Purchase Ledger & producing supplier payment runs.


• When necessary, prepare financial analysis on spend vs revenue.


• Evaluate financial processes with a view to adopting improvements in efficiency.


• Maintain Accounting Standards working with our auditors, CEO and other members of the finance team.


• Maintain internal accounting controls.


• Participate or lead special projects as required.


• Responsible for compliance with all HMRC reflations within the remit of the role.
  
  · Achieved AAT Level 2 and above


· Minimum of 1 years of Accounting and Finance experience.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.

· Highly computer proficient, including experience in Xero & advanced capabilities with Excel.,
• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
