Finance Development Apprenticeship Programme

Our 3 Year Finance Development Apprenticeship is aimed at college leavers who have a passion to become our next generation of finance leaders, who are ready to grow with us and embark on the Radius journey.

Joining Radius on our 3-year programme will see you become part of a fast-growing, leading, innovative environment, working with similar minded individuals and the senior leadership team. You will be joining a finance team of over 200 people and will rotate across our different finance functions and business units, working on impactful projects where you will be encouraged to work autonomously and use your mind to offer innovative solutions.

Your development will be top priority, in your second year with us you will have the opportunity to study a Level 4 CIMA/ACCA Apprenticeship in addition to receiving on-the-job support and mentorship.

Your responsibilities day to day will be dependent on placement and will rotate across the 3-year development programme.

The programme offers successful candidates the chance to spend time in different industries (including Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms, Insurance, Vehicle Solutions, EV and Energy) within our business and different functions across finance such as:

• 
  Accounting & Financial Control - responsible for the financial reporting and control framework, the production of management accounts, and budgetary control
  
• Financial Operations - responsible for transaction data management, customer billing and direct debit processing


• Commercial - reporting and analysis to support, challenge and help drive business performance.


• Group - responsible for Group Reporting, Treasury & Tax

• A college leaver in any related subject. Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Maths, Economics are desirable, however, we will consider all subjects.
