Finance Business Partner

About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business partner to join us, working in a matrix structure supporting the Sector and Commercial Operations team with financial insight and decision support.
The focus will be to support our business plans, forecasts, projects, analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.
What you will bring to the role: Become the point of contact for VP Global Sectors & Commercial OperationsContinual improvement of finance systems and processes related to the Sales FunctionDrive cost and efficiency across the function by providing consolidated detailed reporting and analysis of lead indicators.
Liaise and co-ordinate forecast, planning & strategic process with each sector FBP (with support of FP&A) and functional cost base of non-sector areas, challenge and make recommendations for efficiencies - monitor and report on deviations to budget/forecast.
Development and management of a consolidated reporting suite analysing current and historical performance trends (Financial & non-financial)Support and/or lead improvement projects to improve processes, procedures, and ways of working across the Sales function including financial evaluation, Feasibility, Opportunities and Risk assessment.

About you:Recognised Accounting Qualification (CPA, CMA, ACMA, ACCA, ACA, CGMA)Business Partnering experienceExcellent excel skills & confident with integrated business systemsAble to tailor communication skills to different personalities.
