Full Job Description

  • Processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner

  • Updating colleagues and managers on payments and receipts queries and processes

  • Support the work of colleagues in the Finance Team as necessary

  • Assist with the processing of accurate and sensitive financial information, working with internal users to both provide and obtain financial information and process this accordingly

  • Be aware of and provide advice to employees on transaction processes relating to the transactions processed by the Finance team

    As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to study the following through this Apprenticeship:

  • Apprenticeship in Accounts or Finance Ast, Level 2 Diploma in Accounts

  • English, maths Functional Level 2 if required, Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Essential

    • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Essential

    You will join the Finance team, providing financial administrative support to employees working in our UK, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Cologne offices as well as supporting our clients regionally across Europe.
