Full Job Description
We have a full-time position available working from our office in Eastleigh. We provide domiciliary care, supporting people in their own homes with care that enables them to live a fulfilled life and promoting their independence with person centered care.
Tasks for a field care supervisor:
- New care assessments
- Existing client reviews
- Service user Risk Assessments
- Spot checks
- Induction of new care staff
- Medication reviews
- Working with external professionals
Must Drive with access to a car - Working 40 hours across the week across Monday - Sunday
- Working alternative weekends.
- On call as part of a rota system within the office team (approx 1 in 4 weeks)
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Level 3+ Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Good IT skills and record keeping
- Be able to work in a fast packed environment where no two days are the same
