Field Care Supervisor

You will be responsible for supporting staff in the field who deliver complex care to our service users who have acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and other complex care needs.

· Complete assessments with our service users and develop personalised person-centred care plans

· Care plan reviews

· Completing spot checks and supervisions

· Audit medication charts

· Complete coaching and mentoring of care assistants in the company

· Build and maintain professional relationships with staff, service users and their families

Ideally, you will hold NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. You will have real motivation and passion to ensure that our service users receive the highest possible level of care and that our staff are supported and developed. You will have experience in recording all necessary information clearly and legibly in line with record-keeping policies and procedures.

Driving

You will need to be able to drive to our service user and staff who resides in their own homes. Please apply only if you hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

Your experience

· A strong background in care - complex care experience will be advantageous

· NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care

· Have access to your own car with a full license
