Supporting our person to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our person with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our person's finances.
Keeping our person's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
