Fashion Textile Production Assistant

Reporting to the Production Co-ordinator.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

· Preparation of fabrics - strike offs / lab dips / bulk

· Booking international and domestic couriers

· Meet and greet customers

· Offer refreshments for meetings

· Take and transfer incoming calls

· Take parcels to nearby customers

· Log and track all outgoing parcels

· Post and parcel distribution

· Archiving of records

· Keeping the office tidy and organised

· Keeping stationery and supplies stocked up

· A can do attitude with a strong work ethic

· Confident and proactive approach to workload and tasks

· Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Able to work well under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced office

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
