Farm Shop General Assistant (including Deli duties)

The Role: We are seeking an experienced general assistant to join our team across our busy Farm Shop and Deli departments at Morris' of Usk. The role will be in a customer-focused environment across our departments within the farm shop.

As a general assistant, you will work as part of a friendly team and deliver an excellent service, maintain high retail standards, keep up to date on product knowledge, replenish and price stock.

You will be able to positively engage with our customers, build a rapport and share product knowledge to cater for their needs.

You will be flexible and responsive to the business needs, happy and comfortable to take responsibility for tasks.

You will develop excellent product knowledge to provide our customers with the high level of service they expect.

Must be able to work weekends.

Previous experience is advantageous.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Within the farm shop there is a bakery, butchery and deli counter all serving freshly made food produced on site. The butchery department offers the family's home reared beef and lamb straight from the farm along with an extensive variety of quality meats and ready meals.
