Full Job Description

The Staffing Assistant will play an active role in ensuring the smooth functioning of a range of HR-related functions. A significant responsibility for this role will be the timely and accurate processing of timesheets, as well as assisting in all aspects of the recruitment process. The role will be fixed term for 12 months. Current UCL staff can apply for this post as a Secondment.

The following are some of the essential requirements for this role: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Mathematics and English Language) or equivalent or having acquired relevant experience in administration. Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities. An understanding of the confidential nature of the work and the ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional manner.
