Factory Operative

Operate machinery and equipment in a factory setting
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Package and label products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience in food production is a plus but not essential training will be given.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices (HACCP)
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities

- Can speak English second language or from birth is a must due to food safety.

Shift patterns are

1430 till 2300 Mon to Friday

Starting at 25k and with training can go higher once you learn and progress.

We are seeking reliable individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced family environment. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, be able to follow instructions, and work well as part of a team and be able to speak in English.

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects or something that maybe repetitive as per normal duties in manufacturing.
