Fabrications Estimator

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of architectural aluminium profiles within the construction industry as well as being one of the UK's leading suppliers of waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Fabrications Administrator to join our team in Poole, Dorset.,

• Researching the cost of items such as materials, labour, tooling, subcontractors & transport


• Establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers and suppliers


• Obtaining quotes from our suppliers within a specified time frame


• Assessing project requirements


• Preparing and submitting quotations to our customers and/or sales team within a specified time frame


• Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of the sales team


• Keeping our CRM system and project records up to date at all times


• Undertake site surveys & measurements on behalf of ICB Fabrications and document/provide that information in a clear and precise format as and when required by the company


• Produce CAD fabrication drawings as and when required by the company
  
  Essential:


• Experience with Office 365 (outlook, excel)


• CRM experience


• Excellent organisational skills


• Able to understand technical and/or architectural drawings

• AutoCAD


• Adobe


• Sketchup
  
  This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary depending on experience.


Working hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm, In return, we are offering the successful candidate an attractive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. And, as an added extra, we shut down for the Christmas period!
