Full Job Description
- Develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours working alongside highly skilled colleagues who will offer support and guidance throughout the apprenticeship.
- Manufacture products in accordance with drawings and models.
- Liaise with colleagues from Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work alongside colleagues from Quality to understand requirements for each product, to ensure quality is met at all times.
- Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) Level: 3
- Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) Level: 3, Communication skills, Attention to detail, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4-9) Essential

The training you will be getting
Attendance to Rochdale Training for one week per month in the first year, followed by day-release. Working towards Level 3 Metal Fabricator apprenticeship standard.
Allocated Off-the-Job hours/day will be agreed per week.
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Essential
BTEC or equivalent Engineering (Grade Pass) Desired

Produce galvanised sheet metal products using various types of hand and power tools & spot-welding techniques. Manufacture stainless steel high integrity systems, using welding techniques as MIG/MAG, TIG & Robotic Welding.
