Supervise the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.

Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service excellence.

Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all food and beverage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline service processes and enhance efficiency.

Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution of food orders, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing wastage.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage outlets to assess service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to plan and execute promotions, special events, and menu enhancements to drive revenue and guest engagement.

Assist in rostering staff, managing payroll costs, and controlling expenses to meet budgetary targets.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage department of a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving guest issues effectively.

Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu planning, and wine/beverage selection.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
